SAD or Seasonal Affective (SAD) Disorder?

Funny how some of us can feel terribly "down" when the weather remains gloomy for a while, isn't it?
Scientists and psychologists have found that our moods can be affected by the weather and have called it Seasonal Affective Disorder or SAD disorder for short. According to the SAD disorder Association website in Brittain (http://www.sada.org.uk/), more than half a million people are affected each year and more during the dreary November, December and January months.

Light therapy using SAD Light boxes is proven to effectively treat SAD, winter blues, PMS, Bulimia and Chronic Fatique Syndrome
